Bad.

I always try to be good at blogging,
but that doesn't always work out the way I had hoped (obviously).

I guess I left off at Christmas-
It was a wonderful one. We had dinner at Mom's house,
spent time with family (Leo and Yanting came to town)
and I got every item on this year's Wish List.
I only wish I had taken more pictures..

New Years was actually uneventful, I went to a party with some friends and had a fun time!

But before I knew it.. I was packing up my life and moving back to Utah.
It's hard to believe that two years have gone by since I moved back to Florida.
So much happened in my life and looking back, I can honestly say I became a better person from my experiences.
I often think of how much I miss my Florida life. I miss being near my family, I miss the beach, and I miss living so close to Orlando!

Decisions

The semester ended. I am officially graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
It feels awesome... But it also feels like pressure.
I got comfortable, knowing exactly what was expected of me and what I was supposed to do.
Sure, I planned for the future- But it wasn't happening any time soon.
But just like that, school is over and now I need to make some decisions.
It may seem strange, that I am so stressed about choosing what to do next-
I should feel grateful, right? I am so lucky to even have options!

So how do I know what to choose? How do we know when choosing between two good things,
which will be best?

Everything that could possibly go wrong with going to the University of Utah ended up working out.
So is it meant to be? Is there such a thing??

I think it just comes down to being afraid of change.
I am afraid of not knowing what will happen..

I cant even come up with what I want for Christmas this year!
I have had the hardest time trying to figure out what I want (which is very out of character for me)

Here is my attempt at a Christmas Wish List:
I love this Michael Kors Laptop bag. It is PERFECT for school!! (I would prefer it in black, but this color is pretty too.)

A cute new Tory Burch wallet. I need a color other than black!

This cute Charcoal ScoopBack Maxi dress is on SALE at Anthropologie!

I would really like some BROWN tall leather boots, like either of these.
No heel on them, but at least knee high!

And then of course there is always Money!

Thankful

Yep, I am really bad at blogging.
Now that it's December, I can start thinking about new years resolutions..
and I think Blogging will be on my list.

I had an awesome Thanksgiving this year with my family.
We went over to Tia Patty's house like usual.
I went over a bit early to help set up and cook.
For the first time I contributed to our meal with a Sweet Potato Casserole.
I think I'll definitely need to explore some recipes and perfect this dish..
But most everyone said they liked it!

We had such delicious food
we laughed all night playing games and just enjoyed one another's company.

I really tried to spend the day thinking of all the things I have to be thankful for..
I have so many amazing blessings.

Bring on Christmas!!

Too Long

Every time I think about blogging I am reminded that I have too much to catch up on..
and then I just don't do it.
THEN I realize that now I have EVEN MORE to blog about...
But today is the day!
I am back.

My last post was about 3 months ago, and SO much has happened.
I dont even know where to start.

I guess I'll start with now.
Obama won the election last night. yuck.
I am not only disappointed, but fearful of what the future of this country holds for me.

I was accepted into the University of Utah-
and haven't quite made up my mind about attending.
Not even a quick visit helped make up my mind...
At least I got to squeeze my cute niece and nephew :)

I was also accepted into the University of North Florida.

I've almost made it through my last semester at FSCJ- I cant believe it!
I feel accomplished and proud of myself.

I got to visit Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando,
I also carved Halloween Pumpkins, but didnt dress up again this Halloween :(

And I am preparing for the Holidays, and trying my hardest to make tough decisions!!

Date Day

For the first time in a LONG time,
Ed had AN ENTIRE day off!
No school, no work, no appointments!!!
SO we made it a date day, of course.

It started out with breakfast and a quick stop at my school to pick up some transcripts-
and we were off to the Jacksonville Zoo!
I took a bunch of pictures with my phone, but some didnt really turn out-
But here are the best ones:

Owls

Elephants

Rhinos!

Pumba

Bald Eagle

Wolf

Some kind of Deer type animal

We got to feed the giraffes!! They were so cute and would stick their tongues way out to reach the plants.

Ed fed them too!

Jaguar
The best part (other than feeding the giraffe) was that there were tons of baby animals!!
Two baby Leopards, a baby Ape, a baby Tiger and even and baby Giraffe!
Adorable.

Then Ed and I went to the Mall, shared some chinese food and ate a cinnamon roll.
After that we went back to his new house by the beach and rode beach cruisers to Starbucks-

We rode to the beach and went shore fishing until the sun went down...

And we finished the date day with some salads for dinner and a bike ride to Joe's Crabshack-
We watched a little bit of a movie and called it a night!

We had a great time enjoying one another's company, laughing and going on new adventures!
