Foodie

I made the most delicious salad.. I keep making it in fact and it is SO easy!
I figured I'd share.
I start with a brown rice and quinoa (90 seconds in the microwave!)
then season some chicken (onion & garlic powder, salt, lemon pepper seasoning)
then pan cook it in some butter/oil (then cut it up and put it on top of the rice)
then add baby greens, tomatos, avocado, carrots, onions, cucumbers (and any other yummy veggies!)
Add a piece of garlic toast or french bread
Then season, I prefer olive oil and salt (eddie is more a ranch dressing man, so thats what he got)

This weekend/week I watched:

So funny, I was surprised to see this movie touch on serious topics. I cried a few times and really loved this!

I wouldnt recommend this. I got a few good laughs,  but in true Sacha Baron Cohen form, this film was super inappropriate!

The Happiest Place on Earth

My cute cousin Sarah just had a birthday!
FINALLY a teenager!! I still remember when Aunt Patty was pregnant with Sarah.
It was a whole lot of celebrating even a week before her big day..
We all went and got manicures and pedicures,
I helped make the frosting for her party cupcakes,
and we went to Orlando to celebrate at Disney!

Sarah and I had dinner at Paradiso 37 and it was delicious!!

I was exhausted (I didnt even get a chance to unpack from the cruise before leaving!)
but I had a great time and laughed and loved this trip!
Sarah and I went to Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom..
I sure hope she had a fantastic birthday :)

CRUISE!

FINALLY the cruise came.. and went :)
I had a good time exploring the ship & ports (Bahamas and Halfmoon Cay)
eating
watching comedy shows
eating
singing karaoke
eating
gambling
eating
and relaxing on the boat, beach and Spa!
I regret not taking more pictures.. But here are the ones I got:

Thanks Jeff for driving us to Jax Port!

Our Dinner table was fun, we met two boys who were cherleaders and super nice, Manu & Lamar.

I LOVED Half Moon Cay (an Island owned by Carnival)
The water was clear and perfect, I was so relaxed and just loved it there!

It was very rainy in the Bahamas, and wow was that town crappy!
The straw market sucked, and I was pretty scared most of the time.
We had lunch at a great little restaurant and spent some time at Senor Frogs (that place is crazy!)
Then Ed and I explored for a while and had a great time.

A lot of fun memories, but I for sure dont want to ever go on a cruise with so many people I know ever again.
:)
