Back to School

I love the fall.
I love that there are school supplies everywhere.
I love how its finally getting a little colder...
and I can FINALLY start counting down for the HOLIDAYS!!!

My semester of school started on Monday,
this semester is going to be a breeze-
the easiest semester of my college career (so far)
and I am sort of glad I did it this way.

I felt overwhelmed taking all of my difficult classes at once,
so I am looking forward to break from that.

Since I'm only taking PE classes (and one online class)
my back to school shopping consisted of only
NEW WORKOUT CLOTHES!!
I love getting new stuff that gives me some motivation to go to the gym.

I am lucky to live near such great stores that have amazing workout stuff!
I went to Lululemon (my favorite) and Dick's Sporting goods.

XΦ and Finals

First, Edward invited to me to be his date to the Chi Phi Semi-Formal. We went to St. Augustine, got all dressed up and had dinner... Then we just had fun at the hotel and around the town! I had the most handsome date there, and I had a great time.

Sarah and I helped Mom put the finishing touches on our tree, which looks beautiful as always :)

Ed took me on a Sushi date, and we had a pizza night/study date for finals!

Instead of a Sunday movie, I watched Sunday Football with Bob and Ed. The Bills lost, but the Broncos won!

I've been studying like a crazy lady, I'm so glad finals are almost over!!!

oops!

Things keep happening and I keep putting off updating my blog!!
So I'll quickly go over what I've been up to:

First, Mack took me to a Gator Game! We had a really fun time in Gainesville. He gave me a tour of the campus, we ate pizza and enjoyed the game. Then we had BBQ for dinner and watched the Food Network when we got back home.

Then it was Mom's Birthday!! I went to dinner at Eleventh South with her and Mack. The food was amazing and I am blessed to have such an awesome family.

Then I had yet another Forensics Tournament, here in Jacksonville! I broke to finals in both events I competed in and could not have been happier with the results! I love my team, and the opportunity I have to compete in Forensics. It is challenging and very rewarding (not just because its a full ride scholarship. Bragging? Maybe.).

The Highlight of my month?? PREMIERE OF BREAKING DAWN!!!

I got to see the movie with Eddie, Sarah, Jeff and Aunt Patricia. We went to the midnight show and it was so worth it! I cant believe I have to wait another year to watch part two..

In the meantime, I will look forward to The Hunger Games!!

Mom? I'm Scared

Did Halloween not just get so Happy?!
I miss my cute little Nicholas.
I love my Aunt Patricia

On Halloween, she took the time to make Jeff, Sarah and Me a spooky lunch!
It was delicious, and so much fun.

oops!
Yesterday was a long day at school. I went to watch Ed's Softball game (man is he athletic)
We usually go to Taco Tuesday's at Tijuana Flats, but we went to Chilly's with his fraternity brothers instead.

I can't believe it is already November! I am so excited for the Holidays.. But I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with work and school. I'm doing my best to stay organized and not procrastinate!!

For a Few to be Immortal, Many Must Die.

You know that saying, "I need a vacation from my vacation"?
I'll interpret that to mean that peoples' time off accidentally makes them even more tired..
Well it is definitely safe to say that I, myself, need a weekend from my weekend.
I am exhausted.
But at least I know why...
It's the worlds biggest outdoor cocktail party; better known as Florida/Georgia.
You'd think people would be excited to see the game... but most of them are just interested in the booze.
 (go figure)
We woke up at 8am to be on the Bus that would take us to the stadium by 10am...
The bus didn't come back to get us until 10pm.
It was a really long day.

Ed jumping in the giant celebratory mosh pit.
Here's some crazy drunk guy we talked to who told us he was famous wrestler "back in the day"

It was wild and crazy. It was different and exhausting. But I had fun. The best was when I got Ed away from all the crazies. We sat in front of the stadium and watched the game on the giant screens outside. We kept warm and just enjoyed one another's company. I loved it.
By the end of the night, I was pooped!! I got home and passed out. Even took a super long nap today after church.

For Sunday movie date Ed took me to see In Time after dinner at BJ's. The movie was SO awesome!! Thought provoking and super entertaining, I would see this again and again!
During the movie, theres a part where Justin Timberlake goes crazy and shoots a ton of bad guys... Someone in the movie theater sang "Bye Bye Bye"(N*SYNC??) right after there was that quiet moment after the scene and it was FUNNY!!! Might have been a "you had to be there" thing.. maybe not. I'm still laughing ;)

It must be Football Season

It was a lovely day for a wedding.
The twins were Ushers at their friend's-mom's wedding yesterday!
We got all dressed up, and went to NAS JAX for the ceremony and reception.

Post-Wedding celebrations/Football spectating continued at the Orange Park Ale House!
The place was packed with people watching college football and the Mayweather fight.

We rooted for FSU (on Eddie's behalf) and they lost. bummer

It was Holy War day too, and the Utes annihilated BYU. Sorry Cougs.
